What if I need to cancel my appointment at the last minute?
Please text, call, or message us on WhatsApp at 416 783 9293 to let us know you need to make changes to your appointment. A fee applies if you are a no-show or cancel less than 24 hours before the close of business the day before your appoitnment.
What happens if I am running late for my appointment?
If you are late to your appointment we may not be able to do everything you had booked for or we may not be able to accommodate you at all.
Keep in mind that if you are late, you run the risk of shortening your own appointment.
if you are running late please give us a call right away, otherwise we will have to reschedule your appointment.

Where can I park at La Beauty Boutique?
We are located just south of the No Frills grocery store, you can park on Avenue road for some fees or Melrose offers free parking.
What should I expect during my lash appointment?
Fees apply if your beautician needs to clean your lashes (either for a full set or for a refill).
We do NOT do lash refills if you already have lashes from another place. We will remove the set you have for a fee and we will apply a fresh new set
We always go with what YOU have, so if your own lashes are short then we do not want to damage them by applying very long and heavy lashes as it will not last long. The longer and thicker your own lashes are, the more we can apply lash extensions. Everybody is different, we always recommend what best suits you, for your eye shape. We take care to not damage your lashes.
Our beauticians will inform you if you need a break from lash extensions.
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the appointment.
