Aerolase
Aerolase Neo Elite Laser in Toronto and North York
One gentle laser. A personalized plan for acne, redness, pigmentation, uneven texture and skin rejuvenation.
La Beauty Boutique uses the newer Aerolase Neo Elite, a medical 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser with a short 650-microsecond pulse. It delivers energy without needles, cutting, cooling or numbing cream and is designed for comfort with little to no downtime.
What is Aerolase Neo Elite?
The Neo Elite delivers 1064 nm energy in a 650-microsecond pulse. This wavelength can reach targeted pigment, vessels and deeper structures while limiting prolonged heat at the skin surface. It is designed for all Fitzpatrick skin types, but every client still needs screening and individualized settings.
What can Aerolase help with?
Acne and breakouts
Aerolase can target acne-causing bacteria and inflammation and help the appearance of post-acne redness and marks. Active acne often needs a series and supportive home care.
Rosacea and facial redness
The laser can target suitable visible redness and small vessels. We work gradually and consider triggers, sensitivity and barrier health.
Pigmentation and melasma
Aerolase may fit a plan for sun spots, post-inflammatory pigmentation and uneven tone. Melasma needs careful assessment because heat, hormones and sun can affect it.
Skin rejuvenation
Controlled energy can support collagen and improve the look of fine lines, texture and clarity over time.
What happens during treatment?
We review your concern, skin tone, medications, recent sun exposure and prior treatments. The skin is cleansed and proper eye protection is used. We choose settings and passes for the area and goal. Most clients describe brief warmth rather than a sharp snapping sensation.
How many sessions will I need?
The number depends on the concern, its depth and your response. Acne, pigmentation, redness and collagen goals often benefit from a planned series. We photograph and reassess progress rather than repeating treatment automatically.
Downtime and aftercare
Temporary warmth, pinkness or mild swelling can occur. Use gentle skincare, wear broad-spectrum sunscreen, avoid intentional sun, intense heat, sauna and strenuous exercise until warmth settles, and do not pick or scrub the area.
Why choose La Beauty Boutique?
The newer Neo Elite platform
Our clinic owns the newer Neo Elite rather than the older LightPod Neo. We explain what it can and cannot do for your concern.
Careful selection
We do not call every concern a laser problem. If a facial, peel, microneedling plan, home-care change or medical referral makes more sense, we will say so.
Diverse skin tones
Our approach starts with Fitzpatrick typing, recent sun history and conservative personalized settings.
Frequently asked questions
Does Aerolase hurt?
Most clients describe warmth or a quick hot sensation. No numbing cream or cooling is normally needed.
Can it treat acne scars?
It can help active acne, inflammation and post-acne marks. Indented scars may need a combined plan such as microneedling.
Many clients pair Aerolase with a HydraFacial for glow and deep cleansing between laser visits. Read our guide: What Results Can You Expect from a HydraFacial?
Can it help rosacea?
It may reduce the appearance of redness and suitable visible vessels. Rosacea is chronic, so triggers, skincare and maintenance still matter.
Can it treat melasma?
It may be used carefully in some cases, but melasma is complex and can recur. Hormones, heat, sun and home care all matter.
Is Aerolase the same as IPL?
No. Neo Elite is a 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser. IPL uses a broad range of light wavelengths.
Can I have Aerolase after Sculptra?
We keep a minimum four-week gap over an area treated with Sculptra. Tell us about all recent injectables.
